future-roxy6f25121docs: spelling corrections and more truthful document
handover.md had a couple typos; "can only be build" instead of built and "assigments" instead of "assignments".
Furthermore, small changes have been made to more truthfully reflect the current project's state; added a mention that the home page is empty, but the rest of the text has been preserved since it seems that this is what is should become
